Coming from the West and the North:
- Leave the A3 at Deggendorf and head towards Deggendorf

Coming from the South:
- Leave the A92 at Deggendorf and head towards Deggendorf

- Cross over the Danube and continue through the tunnel
- At the first turn-off in the tunnel head towards Regen
- At the first set of traffic lights turn right
- Go straight ahead at the next set of traffic lights and follow this road to Regen and then Zwiesel

- After approx. 5 km (in the town of Mietraching) the Bavarian Forest begins
- After about 20 km you arrive at Regen. Stay on this ring road until you pass under a large steel railway bridge
- Turn right immediately towards Zwiesel
- Enter a long tunnel
- After approx. 10 km you reach Zwiesel
- Take the first exit on the right - "Süd"
- Go straight ahead at the traffic lights
- After approx. 100 metres you see 2 pharmacies. Turn left to drive between them
- Turn left and after approx. 50 metres you see the apartment block

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
