The balance of the full rate is payable in cash or by credit card upon check-in at the reception. All guests must provide a deposit of EUR 100 at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. After 09 December 2008, keys should be collected from the Hotel Terraza located at 34 Avinguda de Rhode.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 75.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of EUR 150.00 will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
