In addition to the listed facilities all apartments have a kitchen area equipped with hotplates, an oven and an electric coffee-maker. A television is available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a loggia with garden furniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

• From Paris: A10 motorway then A11 towards Chartres, Nantes. Before reaching Angers take A87 towards Cholet, continue on RN160 towards La Roche Sur Yon / Les Sables d’Olonne.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 security deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 14:00 until 20:00 on Saturdays, from 09:00 until 12:00 on Sundays and on Wednesdays and from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 17:00 until 19:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.79 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
