In addition to the listed facilities all the apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven/microwave and an electric coffee-maker, as well as a TV plug. A phone is available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 09:00 until 12:00 and 17:00 until 19:00 Monday to Friday, from 08:00 until 12:00 and 16:00 until 20:00 at Saturdays and from 08:00 until 12:00 at Sundays.

Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.
