Pension am Zwinger
   This guesthouse is located in Dresden's Old Town, just a few metres from Zwinger Palace, the Semperoper opera house, the Frauenkirche church and the congress centre.It occupies a restored Wilhelminian (or "Gründerzeit") period building, allowing you to experience the charm of historic Dresden up close. Despite our central and easily accessible location, the majority of our guest rooms are extremely quiet. Our apartment-style rooms are generous and bright, and feature parquet laminated floors and cost-free WLAN. Our guests get a free bottle of mineral water per room by arrival. |

The guesthouse complex spans two neighbouring roads - Ostra-Allee and Maxstraße - which are home to some of the city's last remaining Wilhelminian period buildings. Photos:
Our comfortable apartment-style guest rooms have an average size of 45m² and include a kitchenette and cable TV. The parquet-laminated flooring guarantees cleanliness and is also beneficial to allergy sufferers. Business guests in particular will appreciate our cost-free broadband internet access/WLAN. Photos:
A breakfast buffet awaits you each day in the neighbouring restaurant "Maximus" between 07:30 and 11:00. Hot meals are also served here between 10:00 and 22:00.
Zwinger Palace, the Semperoper opera house and the Frauenkirche church can all be reached on foot in a matter of minutes. Mitte railway station and Postplatz square each lie some 500 metres from the guesthouse, and both are convenient transport interchanges. Opening hours of our reception during the week: 08:00 till 21:30 Opening hours of our reception at the weekend: 09:30 till 18:00 By prior arrangement, it is possible for you to arrive outside of the stated Reception opening hours. Guests arriving late at night can pick up their key from our night safe.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
