Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One further child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One further older child or adult is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
BRL 3.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs BRL 21.00 per day.
