Ideally situated on the waterfront of the Cairns Esplanade, this is a 4-star boutique all-suite property, featuring classical North Queensland architecture.

Your holiday apartment will be conveniently located away from the city noise, yet within walking distance of Cairns city centre, restaurants, shops and the casino. Suites are superbly furnished and feature full-size gourmet kitchens, all with Granite worktops (except studio). All have private laundry facilities with dryer and washing machine (except studio). In addition to the listed amenities, you will also have internet access available in all rooms. You can relax at our large poolside area, set in our tropical garden area. There are 2 separate barbeque areas and you can also go for a swim in our free-form salt water pool, which has its own attached spa.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 300.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged AUD 6.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of AUD 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
