The philosophy of the Bura Hotel is to offer personal service to each guest and high-quality facilities at reasonable rates.

Some rooms offer a picturesque view over the Daugava river and to the church towers of the Old Town, the bridges and the port of Riga.

All guest rooms are spacious and decorated in contemporary Scandinavian style with new modern furnishings; all are equipped with a 32-inch flat screen TV. Besides these perks, Bura Hotel offers free wireless Internet, a writing desk, a telephone and a safe-box for all guest rooms, making the rooms very appropriate for business travellers who need to keep in touch with their offices abroad. Double rooms have king-size beds.

Half of the rooms offer a picturesque view over the old town, its river and bridges, while the other half looks out onto our hotel garden and some unique 19th-century buildings.

A substantial hot breakfast buffet is available at hotel, and it is also possible to order it directly to your room. Breakfast is served every morning between 07:00 and 09:45.

The hotel is located in central Riga in a peaceful, green and quiet corner on the island of Kipsala, on the edge of the Daugava riverbank, just 2 km or a 5-minute drive from the old town of Riga.

The Kipsala Exhibition Hall is also located on the island, approx. 500 metres away from the hotel.

Dining opportunities:
One of the nicest restaurants of Riga, the “Fabrikas” restaurant, is located a mere 250 metres from the hotel and offers a great European menu. The Olympia shopping mall is just 1 km away and offers many dining facilities, bars and restaurants, as well as great shopping opportunities.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.80 per person.
