By Train (MRT) Operating from 06:00 to 24:00 daily.
Board the train at Changi Airport Station (CG2 - Terminal 2) and alight at Lavender MRT Station (EW11). The train journey takes about 25 minutes and costs SGD 1.50 per person. The hotel is about a 2-minute walk from the train station.
By Taxi The journey is about 25 minutes and costs about SGD 20 per trip (excluding midnight surcharge from 24:00 to 06:00).

For bookings made for stays during the Formula One period (24-27 September 2009), the hotel requires guests to make a full payment upon check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation PolicyTop
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % Tax is included.
10 % service charge per room per night is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs SGD 18.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: American breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
