Port Lalande offers sailing boats and many activities.

The rate does not include linen and towels and a final cleaning charge.

There is a mini club for children from 6 to 12 years old available from 2/7 till 31/8, Monday till Friday, from 10.00 to 12.00. Activities include outside games, nature walks, drawing and painting. This is included in the price, but for some activities an extra payment may be required.

Comfortable chalets for up to 6 persons.
Chalets have 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds. There is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and an equipped kitchen corner. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a bath or shower and a separate toilet.

Sheets included until 30/6 and from 15/09/07 onwards.

By road: motorway "Les 2 Mers" A61, exit n°6 Damazan-Aiguillon. Take the direction of Villeneuve/Lot through the D666 and Castelmoron/Lot through the D13. After the bridge, turn right before the fountain.
By plane: Airport of Agen at approximately 40 km. Paris/Agen: 1h15.
By train: Railway Station in Tonneins at approximately 15 km. TGV in Agen (approximately 40 km) Paris/Agen: 4h.

The remaining balance of your booking is requested one month before the date of arrival.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 + EUR 50 for cleaning is requested at the hotel. The cleaning at the end of the stay can be done by the guest or by the hotel (between EUR 45 and EUR 60).

Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 12:00 AM and 4:00 to 76:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 AM and 2:00 to 9:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 to 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
