The ample dining room is located on the ground floor, with fire place, independent kitchen, wc and hall. En suite bedrooms are located on the first floor. Most of the houses have a solarium terrace on the top floor.

From the airport of San Joan, Palma de Mallorca, take the motorway to Manacor / Artá and when you get to Artá take the road 712 that goes to Alcudia.
When you arrive at the kilometer number 7 turn left at the crossing where you will find a sign to Colonia de Sant Pere. When you arrive at Colonia de Sant Pere you will see several yellow signposts indicating the way to Apart Hotel Sa Punta de S'Estanyol.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
