From the Airport:
-Leave the airport and drive approximately 3km until you see signs for Faro and Portimão.
-Turn right towards Portimão.
-This will bring you to the main road (EN125).
-Continue for approximately 4km and then turn right in the direction of Portimão.
-Keep driving for approximately 3km and turn right to Almancil.
-Drive for a further 2 to 3km until you reach the centre of Almancil.
-At the traffic lights turn left to Vale do Lobo.
-Keep following the signs to Vale do Lobo, turning right twice.
-Do not turn anywhere until you find the entrance to Vale do Lobo, on your left, next to a supermarket.
-Continue straight passing 4 roundabouts.
-At the 5th roundabout you will see Dona Filipa to your left.

Individual reservations:
Credit card and identification documents will always be requested upon check-in as a guarantee. Clients that are not credit card holders will have to leave a 25% deposit.

Group Reservations:
For reservations of 10 or more rooms, payment conditions are as follows:
- 10% payment of the total reservation cost must be made to the hotel at the time of booking;
- The remaining 90% must be paid 7 days prior to groups arrival.

The hotel has a specific group (+10 rooms) cancellation policy, that will be informed at time of booking.

Clients departing prior to booked departure date will be charged the complete stay

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.
Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 5.00 per 30 minutes.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Continental breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person per night.
American breakfast costs EUR 21.00 per person per night.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
