The house is located close to the city centre which offers many leisure activities. We offer various rooms and apartments, including rooms for guests with disabilities. Photos:
The building comprises of 11 guest rooms and 9 holiday flats of different sizes and equipment. Non-smoking rooms are available on request. On the ground floor you find two rooms particularly designed for disabled persons. The rooms are to some part equipped with kitchenette and desk. Photos:

In a 15 km drive you can reach the Hohewarte Dam, and in a 20 km drive you can reach the Thuringian Forest. We are happy to provide a ride for you in our own hotel bus to the following destinations: - Rudolstadt with castle Heidecksburg. - Bad Blankenburg (city) with castle Greifenstein. - The wild and romantic Schwarzatal (valley). - The Goethe city Weimar. - The regional capital Erfurt.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 6 to 15 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
