By car: Take the bypass, exit 11 or 11a towards Merignac airport, then follow the signs towards 'Appart'City'. The residence is 400m from the arrivals terminal in Merignac airport.
The reception is open from: - 07:30 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 21:0 Monday to Friday from October to March. - 07:30 to 12:30 and 15:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday from April to September. - 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 at Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly for instructions regarding late check-in procedure. Breakfast is not served at Sundays. Electricity will be at an additional cost for stays of 30 days.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
