In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace or loggia with garden furniture (excluding rooms located in the Mill). A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. Cost includes: - Accommodation. - Sheets. - 1 pillowcase per person. - Bathroom linen. - 2 dishcloths per apartment. - Cleaning kit. - End of stay cleaning (kitchen area and washing-up excluded). DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 at Fridays, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays. The reception is close on Wednesday afternoons. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
