The warm wooden houses with terrace, either with 2 bedrooms (maximum 6 people) or 3 bedrooms (maximum 8 people) are comfortable and fully-equipped to spend nice holidays.

Located 45 km from Bordeaux, between the Pointe de Grave and Arcachon Bay, Lacanau is at once a long stretch of fine sandy beach on the Atlantic Coast, a 20 000-ha lake, and one of the biggest pine forests in Europe.

The reception opening hours from 28 March to 31 October 2009 are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 20:00
Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00

If you plan to arrive outside these hours please contact the residence in advance.

Reception is located on the Hameau des Sports in the Marina de Talaris.

A security deposit of EUR 500 is requested upon arrival. It is refundable following an inventory upon departure.

Please note that breakfast is not served on Sundays.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.34 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person per night.
Breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per night per child under 12 years.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
