A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure following an inventory.

For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service until 18:00. Flat-screen TV, made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service are included in these short stay rates.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.
