Koper Restaurant - Named for the copper that was imported from the Falun copper mines in Sweden in the 17th century, the Koper Bar and Restaurant evokes the feeling of being in a modern open loft apartment. The restaurant has been created by blending parts of an old Flemish merchant's warehouse, a Dutch Grand Cafe, a distillery from Geneva and a bourgeois kitchen from Hasselt, with modern design elements from Antwerp and Copenhagen. An international menu is served, as well as contemporary cuisine made with fresh ingredients from the Flanders countryside, the North Sea and other influences. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
