Mykonos belongs to the Cyclades group of islands located in the centre of the Aegean Sea. It is a small island yet offers much more than many of the big islands do. Mykonos is a famous international holiday resort, as well as a celebrity spot, attracting several thousands of visitors from all parts of the world. It has maintained its appeal as a world-famous holiday destination providing a nice climate, beautiful beaches, ample services and facilities as well as a vibrant nightlife scene in Mykonos town.

The sacred island of Delos was, in the myths, the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis. Today the island is uninhabited: it is a vast archaeological site whose superb monuments draw thousands of visitors in pilgrimage to what was, for a thousand years or so after the 9th century BC, the political and religious centre of the Aegean. Now the houses, temples, statues and pathways are there to remind us of the wonders of that civilization. There is also a museum with sculptures of the Archaic, Classical, Hellenistic and Roman periods, together with a collection of vases from various periods. The experience of seeing a glimpse of the ancient civilization is well worth it!

Mykonos is accessible by air from Athens, (trip duration: 30 min). There are several daily flights from/ to Athens and other parts of Greece depending on the time of year. Mykonos Airport can accommodate jetliners, thus enabling direct flights from many European countries. Mykonos may also be reached by a rich variety of hydrofoil and ferry boats from the ports of Rafina and Piraeus. Ferry sailing times are 5 and 6 hours respectively. Hydrofoils however provide faster service of 2 and 3 hours respectively. There are several Cyclades islands you can visit by plane, ferry or hydrofoil, for example: Paros, Naxos, Amorgos, Tinos, Siros, Andros, Santorini and Crete.

If you are seeking ultimate bliss, then the most convenient way of getting to our resort is by our private jet or helicopter, which are available for charter 7 days a week.
