The hotel, open all year, has private parking, a swimming pool, a fitness room, a park, and spacious balconies overlooking the sea and the hills of Montefeltro.

The reception, bar and breakfast hall are situated on the ground floor and are easily reachable from anywhere.

Villa Matarazzo is divided into 3 buildings: Casa Padronale; Casa Farneto; and Casetta Rossa. Each structure has a different bedroom style, yet share a pleasant and refined atmosphere with modern and functional facilities.

All bedrooms have a wonderful panoramic view on the park, on the sea or on Gradara Castle.

The Casetta Rossa, furnished in a country style, has more interesting architectural solutions, such as the bedroom with a fireplace and a top-floor room that can sleep up to four people. The bedrooms of the Casa Farneto and of the Casetta Rossa have an independent entrance and are separated from the main body of the hotel.

By Car:
- Take the A14.
- Exit at the toll of Cattolica-San Giovanni-Gabicce.
- Keep right.
- After 400 metres, turn left, following the signpost to Gradara.
- Once you enter the highway, turn right after approximately 2 km, following the signs to Gradara.
- Continue for about 1 km to the first crossroad, then turn left and go up the hill, where you will find Villa Matarazzo.
