There are 3 types of houses available with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and a terrace with garden furniture. Houses are well equipped and have a living room, kitchen corner (4 hot plates, mirowave / grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine), TV, vacuum cleaner, bathroom and toilet.

With magnificent medieval villages, particulary Minerve, this region offers you an abundance of vineyards, mountains and forests. Close to the hotel you will find L'Abbaye de Frontfroide and le Canal du Midi.

Please note that the deposit must be paid by cheque or credit card, and it is invalidated within 8 days after your departure, and after the room inventory has been checked. The cost of any damages will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 40.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 40.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 18.00 per stay for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
