We invite you to discover the intimate atmosphere of an old and comfortable Victorian mansion built in 1870, transformed to a hotel at the beginning of the Twentieth Century. You will find the comfort of a big hotel with the hospitality of a small hotel, including a good breakfast. It is a calm and pleasurable environment in the heart of downtown Montreal.

The hotel’s 8 guest rooms are all beautifully decorated with antique furnishings. The private modern bathrooms are well decorated with beautiful ceramic tiles.

Hotel Jazz has a central location in Montreal. Nearby : Old-Montreal, downtown, St-Denis st. and gay village. An underground station (Berri-Uqam) is also close-by and the bus terminal is just 5 minutes walking from our hotel.
On top of the main shops on Rue Sainte Catherine, you will find a small grocery store, a chemist, a coffee house, a newsagent and an off license shop.

Hotel Jazz is situated few steps from the Berri-Uqam subway station. There are three metro lines at this point.
All the departure and the arriving of the bus transport to the Trudeau airport- downtown Montréal are at this central bus terminal (connecting with Berri-Uqam subway station.

The Bonaventure train station is about 4 subway stations from Berri-Uqam. The transfert is interior.

It's easy to get our hotel by car, we are close of highway 720 (autoroute Ville-Marie).

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person 15 years or older will be charged CAD 15 per night.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged CAD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 16.26 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CAD 10.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
