On Foot:
From the Railway Station:
- Take the exit road from station and walk to traffic lights.
- Turn left onto Arden Street.
- The house is situated just a minute's walk from here on your right.

By Car:
From the M40:
- Exit at junction 15.
- Take the A46 to Stratford-upon-Avon.
- At the second roundabout, take the A3400 into Stratford-upon-Avon.
- Turn right at the traffic lights with Clopton Road on your left into Arden Street (A4390).
- The house is opposite The Stratford Hotel.

If you are having difficulties, just head for the Railway Station, the house is very close to it.

Parking:
Ample parking is available in a pay and display car park across the road. The house will pay the fees for you, so just come in before parking to pick up your voucher.

Check-In Times:
Monday - Friday: 14:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 12:00 - 17:00
Sunday: 10:00 - 13:00.

If you are arriving outside of the specified times, please let the house know in advance so that they can ensure that someone is there to greet you. A GBP 10 fee is charged for late arrivals.

Left Luggage:
Monday to Saturday, left luggage must be collected by 16:00.
On Sundays, left luggage must be collected by 13:00.

Smoking Policy:
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted on the premises. Guests choosing to smoke must leave immediately and are charged for one extra night.

Payment Information:
A credit or debit card is required as a guarantee. When you pay your actual bill you may choose to pay by cash, guaranteed cheque or card. Cards attract a 2% surcharge,whereas cash and cheque do not. Payment is normally required at check-out. However, where check-out is likely to occur during breakfast time, payment may be requested the day before.

Single Occupancy Policy:
Where a guest has reserved a double room for single occupancy at a reduced rate, we will endeavour to fulfil their request. However, at busy times, the guest house reserves the right to accommodate the guest in a room with single beds or in a small double room. Double beds will only be guaranteed for single guests booking as 2 adults.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
