The hotel’s San Marco Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy a great cocktail, wine or delicious grappa in an extraordinary atmosphere, next to the fireplace before having dinner in one of the hotel’s restaurants.
The Ristorante San Marco is the main restaurant offering epicurean 4-course menus for dinner and a rich breakfast buffet in the morning.
In the Bistro San Marco, suitable for families, and the Terrazza San Marco, only for adults, you have the choice of half board or à la carte menus.
The Ristorante Grotto San Marco serves typical Italian foods.
The Ristorante Golf Far and Sure is part of the Menaggio&Cadenabbia Golf Club, affiliated to the hotel. Enjoy the atmosphere of an old English-style clubhouse located on Lake Como, where you might even bump into the actor George Clooney, famous member and frequent visitor of the club.

The hotel is set on the east point of Lake Lugano, in the middle of a magnificent park of 30,000 square metres, with a fantastic view on the lake, the majestic mountains and the very dense forests around.

From the north:
- Go through the St. Gotthard or the San Bernardino tunnels.
- Join the Lugano-Nord highway.
- Go through Lugano centre in the direction of Gandria-St. Moritz (along the lake).
- In Gandria, cross the border and enter into Italy.
- Approximately 14 km after Lugano centre, 500 metres after Cima di Porlezza, and 2 km before Porlezza, you will find the hotel.
From the south:
From Milan:
- Take the Dei Laghi highway.
- Exit at Como-Nord.
- Follow directions to Menaggio (along Lake Como).
- In Menaggio follow the directions for Porlezza-Lugano.
- Drive through Porlezza.
- Approximately 12 km after Menaggio and 2 km after Porlezza, you will find the hotel on the right-hand side.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 4 to 15 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
