All rooms are individually decorated, comfortable orthopedic beds. Many fittings, including the bed frames are made of ornate wrought iron. The floors are covered with anti-static Dutch carpet, while the walls are covered with paper from Switzerland. The curtains and blankets are made from raw buldan cloth, which was a popular material in Ottoman times. A fully functional electronic Eurosafe is available in every room. All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning units, powerful enough to regulate the temperature of an entire house.

In the en suite bathroom, a variety of branded toiletries are available, along with Siemens designer hairdryers. The Italian shower heads offer 4 different water pressure settings, with hydro-massage capabilities. The bathrobes are made up of a Turkish manufactured ecological fabric, while the high-quality towels are made from 100% cotton.

Breakfast is served every morning, where a wide variety of sweet and savoury products are on offer. Choose from 5 different types of cheese, 8 kinds of homemade marmalade, 3 kinds of honey, 3 types of olives, 2 varieties of salami, 11 different blended teas, gold filter coffee, seasonal fruits, 3 types of bread, a range of salads and much more.

In the garden, a relaxed poolside bar serves snacks and drinks amid the lemon and orange trees.
