Seehausen is situated at the northern end of the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve, at the geographical centre of the Uckermark region between Berlin and the holiday island of Usedom.

Thanks to excellent links to the A11 (Berlin-Stettin) and the A20 (Ostseeautobahn/Baltic coast motorway) as well as to the main A roads of the B109 (Berlin-Greifswald) and B198 (Müritz-Angermünde), the hotel can be reached with ease.

By car:

- Take the A11 motorway ("Berlin-Stettin) and exit at "Gramzow" (Prenzlau)
- Turn left onto the B198 and head towards Prenzlau
- After 5 km turn left towards Bertikow/Blankenburg
- Continue for 2 km until you reach Bertikow, then continue for 3 km as far as Blankenburg
- From Blankenburg, continue for 4 km as far as Seehausen (sign-posted)
- Continue across the railway overpass and then straight ahead until you reach the hotel

If you are travelling from the direction of Berlin and want a quicker journey, you can leave the A11 at an earlier exit , at "Warnitz", and then continue towards Seehausen. Please note that this route is very old in places, and the surface is not always smooth.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 11 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
One child from 12 to 16 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
