The beach is 80 metres away, just a few minutes by foot. You will also find a wide range of shops, sporting activities, discos and restaurants nearby. Sunny Beach is the largest and most popular Bulgarian seaside resort, it lays claim to a Mediterranean climate and modern amenities. The ancient town of Nessebar is nearby and has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its historic buildings.

The hotel offers a transfer service from the airports on request.
