The guest house is centrally situated in Brooklyn within Pretoria, easily accessible from all the main routes. It is in close proximity to Loftus Versfeld, the University of Pretoria, the Pretoria Urology and Jakaranda Hospitals and the Menlyn and Brooklyn shopping centres.

By Car:
From Johannesburg international airport:
- Follow the exit for Pretoria and take the R21.
- Turn left onto the N1 motorway signposted for Pretoria Oos/Pietersburg/Johannesburg.
- Keep right on the N1 Pretoria East.
- Take the Pietersburg exit off left.
- Go straight on for Pretoria East/Witbank.
- Take the Atterbury Road exit and keep left.
- Turn left onto the M11 Menlo Park and keep left.
- Turn left into Charles Street signposted M11 Pretoria, Brooklyn.
- The hotel is on the left just before the Rupert Street crossing.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and costs ZAR 25.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
