All flats are fully furnished and equipped and will be clean for your arrival. The room rate includes bed linen and weekly change.

The apartments sleep 4/5 people and have a surface area of 50m². There are 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with bunk beds), a living/dining room with a sofa bed and TV, a well equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and washing machine, a bathroom and a terrace.

Towels and tea towels are not suplied. They are available for an additional cost.
The bed-linen are included and changed weekly.

The apartments are well equipped for a self catering holiday. However you will find nice restaurants in the area where you can taste traditional cuisine from the region.

L'Estartit is a very popular tourist destination given its natural surroundings.

The "Illes Medes", located in front of L'Estartit beach, are a marine flora and fauna reserve, considered one of the most important of the Western Mediterranean.

Check-in instructions:
All keys should be collected from 20-26 Avinguda de Grecia, L'Estartit, between 17:00 and 19:00.

Extra costs:
A breakage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment is required at check-in. This deposit is returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

Heaters can be rented for EUR 60 per week. Between 28 October and 31 March there is also a mandatory charge of EUR 9 per apartment per day for heating.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
