Some apartments of the 5-storey residence have facilities for disabled.

Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made up for arrival.
Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment.
End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up).
Cleaning kit.
Television.

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.
Highchair.

In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the 72 apartments are fitted with hot plates, a vacuum cleaner and a television (fee required).

The solar furnace in Odeillo, opened in 1970,is the largest one in the world. It employs an array of plane mirrors to gather the rays of light from the sun and reflects them on to a larger curved mirror. The rays are focused on to an area the size of a cooking pot and can reach up to 3,000 degrees Celsius.

The Yellow train line (Train Jaune is a railway which runs from Villefranche-de-Conflent to Mont-Louis in France through Font-Romeu. There are open and closed cars. The open cars are a favourite with tourists and dramatic views are possible as the train climbs along the twisting track. The maximum speed of the train is 55 kilometres per hour.It is named after its colours, yellow and red, that come from the Catalan flag.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

Monday-Thursday: 09:00-12:00 / 17:00-19:00.
Friday: 09:00-12:00 / 16:00-22:00.
Saturday: 07:30-22:00.
Sunday: 08:00-12:00 / 16:00-19:30.

Important: in case of arrival outside opening times of the reception, please contact the residence.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.72 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 43.00 per week.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
