The hotel’s classic rooms have an outdoor patio overlooking the indigenous Fynbos gardens. Classic rooms are, on average, 33 m² in area and have one king-size bed or 2 twin single beds (assigned on arrival). All of the classic rooms offer luxurious amenities, access and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are furnished with a writing desk, an armoire and a minibar.

The luxury rooms offer stunning views of the Twelve Apostles mountains and the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. Luxury rooms are, on average, 50 m² in area and have one king-size bed or 2 twin single beds. All of the luxury rooms have a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are furnished with a writing desk, an armoire and a minibar.

By Car (from Cape Town International Airport):

Estimated traveling time – 40 minutes

- From the airport, take the N2 motorway towards Cape Town.
- Follow this road until it joins the N1 (Table Bay Boulevard).
- Drive past the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront (on your right-hand side) into Buitengracht Street.
- Continue on this road uphill toward Camps Bay (Buitengracht Street becomes Kloof Nek Road – you will drive past signposts for the cable car on your left).
- Go over Kloof Nek and downhill into Camps Bay (Camps Bay Drive).
- Continue on this road down the mountain (you will pass a Cattle Baron restaurant on your left).
- At the first stop sign, (a 3-way Stop) turn left into Houghton Road.
- Houghton Road meets Victoria Road at the T-Junction.
- Turn left into Victoria Road towards Hout Bay
- Follow this road for about 4 kilometers, after which you will notice the signs for the hotel.
- The 12 Apostles Hotel is the white building on your left-hand side.

Please note that the Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa is planning exciting refurbishments in the near future. The award-winning Sanctuary Spa will be closed from 07 – 13 July 2008. From 14 – 28 July 2008 the Rock Pool will undergo resurfacing.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged ZAR 350.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
