The Mercantile restaurant serves à la carte and table d'hôte menus every evening from 18:30 to 21:30. Alternatively, the early bird menu is served from 16:30 to 18:30. Carvery food is served Monday to Friday from 12:00 till 15:00. Bar food is available throughout the 3 bars Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 21:00, and all day Saturday and Sunday. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
