Apartment rates include accommodation, ready beds, bathroom linen, cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up) and change of the linen every 7th day, end-of-stay cleaning and TV with international channels.

In addition to all these services, daily cleaning is included in the room rate for short stays (less than 4 nights). À la carte cleaning service is available at an additional charge.

A baby kit (cot, high chair) is available on request according to availability.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 2 years per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.50 per person.
Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years.
Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 20.00 per day.
Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 80.00 per week.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
