In the immediate vicinity of the apartments, there is a large selection of restaurants and cafes offering all kinds of different cuisines from different countries. Enjoy an inexpensive breakfast or lunch, or relax over a leisurely dinner after a long day of sightseeing.

These apartments are centrally situated and close to public transport (1km to the nearest U-bahn station, 500m to the M1 tram, and 250m to the M10 tram), but are on a quiet side street. Discover the special charm and the diverse scenery of Prenzlauer Berg and the historic Scheunen Viertel with their numerous shopping, cultural and art attractions.

About 250m away is the Mauerpark that has a quirky flea market every Sunday as well a large field for basking in the sun, picnicking or enjoying some light sports. A 15-minute tram ride brings you right to the Hackescher Markt station with its gorgeous courtyards, shopping and markets.

A quick walk (or ride on the public transit system) from here brings you either to Alexanderplatz with the TV tower or, in the other direction, to the New Jewish Synagogue which was destroyed during the 2nd world war and, with its rebuilding in 1995, has helped revive the Sheunenviertel. This area has numerous art galleries, restaurants and cafes. The treasures in this area are found around the corner you least expect.

By Car:
From the west/ south:
- Get on the A100 heading towards Tegel/Hamburg/Wedding.
- Keep driving along this street as it turns into Seestr and then Osloerstr and then Bornholmer Str.
- Cross Prinzenallee and at your next big intersection (approximately 1.5 km), turn right onto Schoenhauserallee.
- After 1.4 km you will come to another intersection with 6 streets.
- Take Kastanien allee not to your immediate right but not straight ahead.
- After 300 metres turn right onto Oderberger Strasse and after 400 metres turn left onto Schwedter Str.
- The apartments are located at Schwedter Strasse 45-46.

From the north:
- Get on the A114 heading south-east.
- Continue along this street as it changes to Prenzlauer Promenade and then Prenzlauer Allee.
- You should cross Bornholmer Str, and 1.4km later turn right onto Danziger Str.
- This street will briefly turn into Eberswalder Str and then Bernauer Str.
- Schwedter Str will be on your left side. Turn down it and the apartments are located at Schwedter Strasse 45-46.

From Schoenefeld Airport:
- Take either the regional train heading to Nauen or the S-Bahn heading to Spandau.
- Transfer at Friedrichstr to the S25 heading towards S+U Gesundbrunnen.
- Get off at S Nordbahnhof and walk 2 minutes to the Nordbahnhof where you take the tram M10 towards S+U Warschauer Str.
- Get off at Wolliner Str and walk south along Wolliner Str. for 100 metres.
- Turn left onto Kremmener Str and then right onto Schwedter Str.
- the apartments are located at Schwedter Strasse 45-46.

From Tegel Airport:
Get on the bus 128 heading towards Osloerstr. Transfer at Osloerstr to the U8 heading towards S+U Hermannstr. Get off the train at Bernauer Str and you can either walk the one tam stop east or take the tram M10 towards S+U Warschauer Str. Get off at Wolliner Str and walk south along Wolliner Str. for 100m. Turn left onto Kremmener Str and then right onto Schwedter Str. the apartments are located at Schwedter Strasse 45-46.

From Hauptbahnhof (Central Station):
Take the Bus 245 towards S Nordbahnhof. Get off at S Nordbahnhof and walk 2 minutes to the Nordbahnhof where you take the tram M10 towards S+U Warschauer Str. Get off at Wolliner Str and walk south along Wolliner Str. for 100m. Turn left onto Kremmener Str and then right onto Schwedter Str. The apartments are located at Schwedter Strasse 45-46.

For longer stays, a special discount can be arranged. Car height cannot exceed 1.50 metres and length cannot exceed 5 metres.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
