Perfect for both business and leisure travellers, our luxury hotel is within a 30-minute drive from Dubai Airport and is close to Dubai's Internet City.

To ensure the comfort and convenience of our guests, we would like to inform you about the ongoing construction and development near the hotel which might be a cause of some disturbance. Please note that there is no renovation in the hotel itself.

From Dubai International Airport follow the signs for Abu Dhabi / Jebel Ali, take exit 4 on Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs for Dubai Marina. As you cross the bridge over the entrance to Dubai Marina you will pick up directional signs for Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa (25 to 30 minutes' drive). The Habtoor Grand Hotel can arrange to have you met at the airport and also arrange a limousine transfer for you to the hotel and for the return flight. Alternatively, licensed, metered taxis are readily available at the airport.

The airport is approximately 30 kilometres from the Habtoor Grand Hotel; drive time is 25 to 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AED 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
10 % service charge per stay is not included.
