Baden-Powell House is named after the founder of the worldwide Boy Scouts, and houses a permanent exhibition about the Scout Association.

Elevator access on all floors and a ramp at the entrance has helped the hostel achieve a Mobility Level 1 rating (Visit Britain National Accessibility Scheme).

From Gatwick Airport:
Take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria Station, and then take the District or Circle line of the Underground.

From Stansted Airport:
Take the Stansted Express train to Tottenham Hale Station. Then take the Victoria Line of the Underground to Victoria Station, and then the District or Circle line.

Bookings with a stay of 6 days or more will be charged the full amount upon booking and this will be non refundable.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking for more than 12 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs GBP 3.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 25.00 per day.
