The Ulundi is a traditional Indian restaurant surely serving some of the finest eastern dishes in town. The Royal Carvery is a traditional English gourmet restaurant in a mellow, old-world setting.

The Royal Lounge is an ideal place for enjoying a light meal or indulging in a tempting selection of cakes and delicacies. The Royal Coffee Shoppe is a popular venue with visitors offering Viennese-style light eating. Chef’s on Stage is a unique venue in Africa, featuring trendy, interactive cuisine and culinary education as well as personalised dining options. - Pass the Pavilion shopping centre.
- Follow the signs for Durban City/Stad.
- Continue straight on through the traffic lights on Commercial Road.
- Carry straight on for 4 further sets of traffic lights.
- Turn right into Soldiers Way.
- Drive straight on through 2 further sets of traffic lights.
- Turn left into Ulundi Place.
- Turn right into Royal Parkade.

From Durban international airport:
- Follow the N2 exit/Uitgang signs.
- Turn right (N) following the N2 north coast.
- Turn right (E) following the N2 north coast.
- Join the M4 Durban City/Stad.
- Follow the Esplanade turnoff.
- Turn left into Royal Parkade.

The 3rd floor of the car park is for special unloading and the reception.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged ZAR 210.00 per night for extra beds.
