Please note that Norwich Street Apartments has only limited private parking, but there is ample pay & display parking to the front of the building which is free from 17:00 to 09:00. Photos:
A basic welcome pack is complimentary in all apartments. This comprises of fresh milk, bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, washing machine tablets and dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, bathroom soap and shampoo. Breakfast packs available on request from GBP 12.95 plus VAT. These include fresh bread, fresh orange juice, cereal, butter and margarine, preserves, fresh fruit and biscuits.
Located off Hills Road, the apartments are just a few minutes walk from Cambridge train station and are within walking distance of the city centre.
Bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Any bookings made less than 72 hours in advance may not be confirmed. Important check-in information: The apartments are available for occupation between 15:00 and 22:00. You must call the arrivals coordinator when you are 30 minutes from Cambridge on the number provided on your booking confirmation to arrange key collection. Please note that the apartments do not have a reception.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 15.22 per person. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
