The hotel has parking for a limited number of cars which is available on a first come, first served basis (at an additional cost). Once the car park is full, parking is then available at the Queen Anne car park on Gonville Place, CB1 1ND.

From the M11:
- Take exit 11 and follow signs for the city centre for approximately 3 miles until you come to 2 mini roundabouts.
- Turn right at the 2nd roundabout and continue until you reach a set of traffic lights, at which you turn left.
- Continue along Regent Street for about 600 yards, until you reach the pedestrian crossing, on your right is The University Arms Hotel.

From the South:
- Take the M25 and exit at junction 27 onto the M1.
- Take exit 11 and follow directions above.

From the North:
- Take the A14 (formerly A604) accessible from the M6, M1 and the A1.
- Continue for Cambridge and follow signs onto the M11 until exit 11.
- Continue as above.

The hotel is located 30 minutes from Stansted Airport and 45 minutes by rail to London.

The hotel will add an additional cost to all payments made by credit card (no fee for debit cards).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 14.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
