Treat yourself to a veritable culinary experience at the Restaurant de l'Institut, renowned for its refined cuisine featuring regional products from Québec. Morning, noon or night, you can enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic adventure in an elegant setting. Under the attentive supervision of the institute’s instructors, the next generation of chefs will prepare exquisite and innovative market-fresh cuisine for you. The Restaurant de l'Institut ’s impeccable cuisine and service have made it one of the best restaurants in Montréal. Monday to Friday - Breakfast: 07:00 - 09:30. Lunch: 12:00 - 13:30. Dinner: 18:00 - 20:30 (closed on Monday). Saturday - Breakfast: 07:30 - 10:30. Dinner: 18:00 - 20:30. Sunday - Breakfast: 07:30 - 10:30. You can pay by credit or bank card, or in cash. By Car (from Pierre-Élliot-Trudeau Airport): - Take Autoroute 20 east, then Autoroute Ville-Marie to the Saint-Laurent, Berri exit. - Drive a few metres on the service road and turn left onto Rue Berri. - Drive north to Rue Cherrier, then turn left. At the first traffic light, turn left again onto Rue Saint-Denis, then again onto the next street (de Malines). - Drive a few metres to the hotel parking entrance. Please note that the parking lot door opens automatically when a vehicle approaches.
Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. When booking more than 15 days, full prepayment is required. When booking more than 7 rooms, different cancellation policies may apply.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15.5 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CAD 19.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
