The hotel has 16 guest rooms divided over 4 floors and a breakfast room on the lower level. A lift is available, but please note that you will need to climb about 10 steps to access it.

The hotel comprises of singles, standard double/twins, superior double/twins, triples and mini suites (for 4 people). All rooms have a private bathroom; some have a shower only while others have a bath/shower combination.

The superior double rooms all face the street and are slightly larger than the standard doubles.

All room rates include a continental breakfast which is served in the cozy breakfast room every morning. Room service breakfast is available for a small extra charge.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there are many in the area which the staff will be pleased to help you reserve.

The hotel is located only a few short steps away from Piazza di Spagna and all of the most exclusive shopping avenues of Rome. The hotel is also conveniently located for all major archaeological sites and, of course, the Vatican City and St. Peter's Basilica.

The hotel is located in a Limited Traffic Zone, where only residents and taxis are allowed to enter.

From Rome Fiumicino Airport you have several possibilities of reaching the Condotti Hotel:

By Train:
The Leonardo Express will take you to Roma Termini Station in about 35 minutes. When you get to the Station you can take a taxi or you can take the A line subway, getting off at the third subway station, Spagna. The Condotti Hotel is about 100 yards from the subway station.

By Taxi:
You can get right to the hotel (about 40 km from the airport). The cost varies.

You can also ask the hotel to provide a private car with driver to come and pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel. This services is charged at an additional cost, depending upon the number of passengers and the time of day.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
