By Train:
From Termini Railway Station (3 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE from 38 Viminale Street) take the exit to via Giolitti and from there follow the map. No Taxi Needed.

Usually check-in is from 14:00 onwards. It is possible, if your room has already been vacated, to check in earlier.

Please let us know immediately if you think you are going to arrive later than your scheduled arrival time (plus 75 minutes if you arrive by plane, plus 20 minutes if you arrive by train), so that we can make sure there will be some one there to greet you and you will not have to wait for us.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
