The hotel has family rooms and superior rooms, which both have a connected room. Rooms feature a terrace or balcony. Family rooms have a 9 m² sleeping area for children.
El Hambra Restaurant is the main restaurant and serves a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. El Shamousa Bar (pool bar) serves beverages and large snacks to bathers throughout the day, while the Lobby Bar is the perfect place for an aromatic Arabic coffee and traditional tea. Located on the resort's beach front and offering a selection of cold drinks and snacks, the Beach Bar is open until sunset.
The hotel complex is located in Madinat Makadi, walking distance from Souk Makadi, and around 30 kilometres south of Hurghada. Souk Makadi offers a variety of restaurants and shops. Makadi Bay features a long sandy beach, approximately 250 m from the hotel.
By Car: From Hurghada International Airport (HRG): - The best way to reach the hotel is by private car or taxi. Taxis are available outside the Arrivals terminal. - Approximate driving time is 25 minutes.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One further child from 3 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs USD 9.00 per 30 minutes. Meal Plan: Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate.
