Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 70.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 70.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 19 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged USD 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.
