The following passport holders can obtain an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival:
- AGCC country visa holders, certain designations only.
- France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia.

If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival. This hotel can arrange a visa for you after your reservation is made. Please contact them via phone or email, details are provided in your confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged AED 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
10 % service charge per stay is not included.
10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 10.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs AED 25.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
