Holders of passports from the following countries can obtain a visa upon arrival in Kuwait:
USA, Great Britain, France, Italy, Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea and China.

If you are not a passport holder in one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after you have made your reservation. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged KWD 7.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
