From BAH International Airport:
- Take the Shaikh Hammad Causeway, turn left into Al Fateh Highway.
- Continue along the highway until you see the Al Fateh Grand Mosque, take the Juffair exit the first left past the Mosque into Awal Avenue.
- You will go see the Al Jazira Supermarket to the right, continue straight through the set of lights, take the 2nd light.
- Continue straight to the end of the road, turn right and follow the road around to the left.
- Go straight and you will see Somerset Al Fateh 500 metres ahead.

Complinetary airport pick-up is provided by the hotel. Airport drop-off is charged BD 5 per person.

Tourist visas can be obtained at Bahrain International Airport or at the King Fahad Causeway for:
- Citizens of the European Community, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong. Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom; and
- Visitors who have been resident in the GCC for a minimum of six months, and who posses a return visa for the country of GCC residency.

If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged BHD 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
