   Wake up to a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains in the beautiful surroundings of our apartment village; we have homely and functional accommodation for groups of all sizes.We are approximately 400 metres above the centre of the town of Bovec, which itself lies on the northern side of the Bovec Basin. With pine furniture and parquet flooring, our heated apartments are south-facing with plenty of natural light. In such a naturally beautiful setting, there are endless outdoor sports and activities to get involved in, summer or winter. Skiing, rafting, mountain biking and paragliding are just a few. Come and enjoy the fresh mountain air. |

Upon request we can arrange for you to have breakfast nearby the hotel. Please let us know in advance.
From December to March, provided that there are favourable snow conditions, night sledding is organised in the evening hours. Between April and October one can savour a memorable experience in the pulsating rhythm of the beautiful emerald-green river Soča. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.20 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. EUR 33.00 service charge per stay is not included.
