By Car:
- When reaching Albufeira, at the roundabout you turn right.
- Go up the hill until the traffic lights.
- Turn left at the traffic lights.
- Ahead is another small roundabout where you turn left and go down towards the centre.
- About 150 metres on your right you will find the Neptuno apartments.

The reception is open from 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
