This apartment was built in 2005 and offers space for a maximum of 5 people. The living room features 2 sofa beds and it is also possible to add an extra bed. In the bedroom you will find a double bed and a cot.

There is also a kitchen, the hallway and bathroom are tiled and the bedroom and living area have wooden floors. There is a south-facing terrace and a separate entrance to make you feel at home.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 46 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 36 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 26 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 11 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person.
